I wrote a post earlier on my blog about the rare possibility that the government could shut down the internet. In the nature of that statement, I have understood that it might seem absurd to even contemplate such a thing happening, over here, in the free west. But that post was spurred on by the movement that was happening in Tiran and Lybia.
I was lucky to be able to be featured on the popular tech blog ThinkMyThink recently with some thoughts on the Apple operating system. You can find my guest post here: http://www.thinkmythink.com/ios-osx-iosx-2/
On May 18th I had the opportunity to attend a TedX event held in Markham, ON. It was run by my friend Tim Shaw and him and his colleagues put on a great event. The speakers were engaging, and inspirational. In fact, the entire Tedx community and planning committee did a great job of orchestrating a smooth event. They do a really good job of tying in the larger TED events so that the whole thing feels cohesive.

A big thank you for stopping by. But don't go. Stay a while, and lets discuss this thing called social media or online. I'm here to entertain and educate the best I can and I'm hoping you join me. - Zye
