I was over at the Word Tracker blog and I came across an interesting blog post called What a 9 Year Old Can Teach You About Business. It introduced me to a story of a 9 year old girl who created her own blog and began uploading pictures of her lunch on a daily basis.

Nobody likes to listen to the harsh realities of anything that they do. When it comes to blogging especially, this is the case because more than half the world is blogging today. However, facts have to be faced, however bitter they may be.

Whenever I hear someone say ‘print is dead’ it makes me cringe a little. I’ve been writing my blog for almost five years, so I would like to think that I have had some practice at writing. But when I look at an article, in a newspaper, written by a professional journalist, I come to realize that my writing skills aren’t nearly as good as theirs.
